What you will do

  • Oversee daily risk queues, alerts, investigations and escalations so they finish accurately and within service levels
  • Approve escalated cases such as held transactions, large tickets, refunds, duplicate charges, ACH returns and suspicious merchant behavior
  • Assign workload and priorities across the team and run quality checks on cases, documentation and outreach
  • Coach and train risk analysts and give performance feedback
  • Run bank account change controls and ongoing merchant monitoring, including enhanced due diligence for high-risk categories
