Leads growth, retention and strategic expansion of commercial partnerships with benefit consultants, brokers, health plans and other channel partners. Acts as a senior liaison across sales, product, clinical and finance teams to advance shared priorities.

What you will do
- Lead and grow relationships with employee benefit consultants and national brokers
- Build annual partner strategies, forecasts, account maps, executive engagement plans and business reviews
- Support national partnership agreements including pricing, referral fees, guarantees, renewals and contract review
- Establish partner data sharing processes and coordinate with data, reporting, privacy and operations teams
- Maintain and communicate partnership terms such as referral eligibility, preferred pricing and performance guarantees
- Lead partner education through events, webinars, enablement sessions and seminars
