What you will do
- Analyze employment law scenarios, spot relevant issues, weigh risks and apply sound legal judgment
- Review AI-generated legal analyses and documents for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Flag legal errors, missing information, unsupported conclusions and weak reasoning
- Give clear structured feedback and corrections to raise the quality of AI legal outputs
- Apply strong issue-spotting and critical analysis to complex legal scenarios
- Keep high standards of accuracy, clarity and detail throughout the review
What they look for
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active bar license in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia
- More than three years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law
- Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting and document review skills
- Excellent written English communication
- High attention to detail and ability to give clear, objective, well-structured written feedback
