Talent Acquisition Partner (12 month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

A fixed-term recruiting role joining a small talent team to run end-to-end hiring for teams across the business. The person partners with senior leaders and helps shape how the company attracts people.

What you will do

• Partner closely with the teams you support and guide them through the whole recruitment cycle
• Proactively build talent pools and reach out to candidates as roles open
• Design efficient hiring processes with managers and keep candidate communication strong
• Review and improve performance tracking tools, set stretch KPIs and share regular data
• Craft content, attend events and design attraction tools to convey the culture to applicants
• Take on extra projects such as benefits design, internal communication, hiring training and EDI work

• Demonstrated sourcing, headhunting and proactive attraction skills with a record of filling niche roles
• Substantial in-house recruitment experience and a strong professional network
• An organised, methodical approach to designing workflows that stay efficient and consistent
