Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Drives revenue by winning new enterprise customers and growing existing accounts for a platform that helps engineering organisations measure and improve their operations.

What you will do

• Build and run a strategic sales plan to hit revenue and acquisition targets
• Find and qualify enterprise leads and build ties with decision makers
• Run discovery to understand customer problems and propose tailored solutions
• Work with marketing, product and engineering to support deals and customer success
• Give product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Travel up to 40 percent for customer visits, executive meetings and events

What they look for

• Five or more years selling enterprise B2B software, with a strong record selling to developers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex technical topics
• Solid grasp of enterprise sales cycles, buying processes and stakeholder management
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented, able to work independently
