Listing Verification Specialist

About the role

Serve as the quality checkpoint for vehicle listings on an online car auction marketplace, checking seller documents and details, confirming seller intent and keeping records accurate.

What you will do

• Review seller paperwork such as titles and registration records for authenticity and accuracy
• Check vehicle photos, trim levels and mileage, flagging issues and requesting corrections
• Prioritize the submitted queue and move qualified listings to listed quickly
• Call and text sellers in the U.S. to confirm details, intent to sell and missing information
• Answer basic seller questions about the auction and pass complex ones to the listing agent
• Tag leads in the CRM, flag cancellation risks, run approved follow-up scripts and meet daily and weekly quotas

What they look for

• Near-native written and spoken English for daily seller conversations
• Confidence making outbound calls and texts
• Strong prioritization and willingness to learn CRM systems
• Full-time availability during U.S. business hours
• Residence in Latin America or Europe
