Enterprise Account Operations Analyst

About the role

Support an enterprise account management team by connecting data, systems and daily operations so account managers can focus on client relationships and growth.

What you will do

• Keep CRM records accurate and coordinate work order updates for high revenue clients
• Work in client procurement and vendor platforms to keep orders and activity moving
• Analyze complaints, inspection results and account performance to flag trends and risks
• Prepare quarterly business review materials and support the calls for top accounts
• Track contract milestones, approvals and documentation, and coordinate surveys

What they look for

• Two to four years in customer success, account support, operations or business analysis
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot and a reporting tool such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong organization and ability to juggle stakeholders, deadlines and priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication that turns complex data into insight
• High attention to detail and reliable record keeping
