Enterprise Director, CPG (Beauty & VMS), Marketplace Partnership

About the role

Serve as the connected commerce partner for leading beauty and vitamins, minerals and supplements brands, guiding omnichannel strategy so off-channel learning improves marketplace performance. Lead strategy, own revenue growth and build a team of omnichannel leaders.

What you will do

• Shape each brand's annual growth plan, converting revenue, margin and share targets into strategy and execution
• Diagnose growth constraints such as awareness, pricing, product-market fit or retail performance and trace their marketplace effects
• Balance long-term brand building with near-term demand capture and explain the effect on growth, MER and margin
• Lead the agency's work directly and coordinate with brands' other agency and retail partners
• Build a team of omnichannel leaders to guide holistic CPG growth

• Analytical strategy skills, including reading a marketing mix model and presenting strategic guidance
