Enterprise Sales Executive, Healthcare Providers

About the role

Sell experience management software into major health systems, hospitals and clinics across a western territory. The role carries responsibility for opening new accounts and expanding existing ones in a priority vertical.

What you will do

• Own a strategic territory and help shape the go to market approach for healthcare providers
• Coordinate a cross functional team of industry specialists, engineers and operations experts to close complex deals
• Lead through influence as an individual contributor rather than managing staff directly
• Tie the product to executive healthcare priorities such as patient experience, staff burnout and operational effectiveness
• Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy pipeline using structured sales methodologies
• Deliver against new business and expansion revenue targets

What they look for

• Experience selling enterprise software to healthcare provider organisations
• Ability to align solutions with senior clinical and operational priorities
• Track record of building pipeline and meeting financial growth targets
• Skill in structured forecasting methods such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
• Comfort leading cross functional teams without formal authority
