Epic IT Applications Team Lead, Revenue Cycle

About the role

Lead a build squad that supports clinical, ancillary or financial applications, combining hands-on Epic expertise with day-to-day team leadership. The role keeps operational and project work on time and within service expectations.

What you will do

• Lead analysis, design, build, testing and support for assigned systems
• Turn user needs, workflows and regulatory requirements into secure, efficient solutions
• Track ticket distribution, workload balance, project progress and team follow-through
• Spot risks, blockers and delays early and coordinate with leaders and stakeholders
• Support escalations, troubleshooting and application maintenance across teams
• Promote documentation, testing, peer review and consistent quality standards

What they look for

• Current Epic certification in Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, HIM, Hospital or Professional Billing, or Claims
• Strong experience analysing user requirements, workflows and system issues
• Ability to balance application design and build with support and project commitments
• Excellent customer service, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• A supportive leadership style and interest in developing others
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and escalate matters appropriately
