Vice President, M&A Integrations

About the role

An executive role leading the integration of acquired companies and other strategic transactions. The position turns deal strategy into disciplined execution and protects business continuity while delivering intended value.

What you will do

• Lead acquisitions through the full integration lifecycle, from pre-close diligence to steady state ownership
• Set up governance, clarify accountability and resolve risks and dependencies across the enterprise
• Work with Corporate Development and functional leaders during diligence on complexity, impacts and value opportunities
• Turn the transaction thesis into an integration plan with priorities, decision rights, milestones and metrics
• Build Day 1 readiness plans, stabilisation priorities and longer term roadmaps for each deal
• Report regularly to executives and the board and build a team that integrates acquired companies
