What you will do
- Set and run the enterprise rewards strategy covering pay, benefits and executive rewards
- Direct compensation work including base pay, incentives, benchmarking, salary structures and job architecture
- Oversee health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing benefit programmes
- Establish rewards governance, decision rights and consistent market-based practices
- Advise the CEO, CFO and other senior leaders on major rewards decisions
- Lead annual pay planning and strengthen rewards technology and analytics

- Substantial enterprise compensation experience including incentive design and governance
- Strategic oversight of employee benefit programmes
- Experience with executive compensation and senior-level decision support
