An individual contributor role owning the demand engine of an agency that builds demand engines for other firms. The person works hands-on with AI agents and acts as the public voice of the brand.
What you will do
- Own acquisition channels including SEO, GEO, paid and LinkedIn ABM
- Run owned media such as the blog, YouTube channel, positioning and brand
- Host a monthly webinar, the podcast and appear on industry shows
- Travel to a few industry events yearly as the face of the brand
- Deliver qualified pipeline that supports the sales team's monthly closes
What they look for
- At least five years of hands-on marketing experience, with no wish to manage people
- Prior marketing to marketers at an agency, professional services firm or B2B company
- Comfort working agent-first, using tools like Codex or Claude Code daily
- Personal experience running SEO, GEO and paid acquisition end to end
- Confidence on camera, on a mic and on stage, with regular hosting or speaking
- Accountability for a real pipeline number, not just MQLs
