Executive Director of Product Management, Resiliency

About the role

Leads the full lifecycle and market launch of a supply resiliency platform serving hospital and supplier workflows. Owns platform definition, pilot programs and commercial success against competitors.

What you will do

• Own the product development lifecycle from pilot prototype through general availability across two workflow tracks
• Design and refine pilot selection criteria and weighted scoring, then decide on cohort entry, continuation and exit
• Work with forward-deployed engineers to scope pilots, set success metrics and build a repeatable deployment playbook
• Track product success measures such as issue resolution, launch certification and referenceable customers
• Align pricing, packaging, pilot delivery and marketing workstreams against a shared milestone schedule
• Define a tiered commercial model and hybrid pricing with finance and deal desk partners

• Track record owning go-to-market execution across engineering, sales, marketing and services teams
• Skill at building consensus among many stakeholders and reporting to executive committees
• Ability to design pilot governance and stage-gate processes
• Experience with commercial packaging, pricing and profitability analysis
