Lead the design, development and rollout of cloud-based software that supports large-scale energy efficiency programs, working with both internal teams and external partners.
What you will do
- Turn business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps
- Work closely with engineering, software and program delivery teams
- Build and share project plans, tracking milestones, risks and deliverables
- Keep databases organized for data collection, analysis and reporting
- Assess progress toward goals and solve new problems or market shifts creatively
What they look for
- Residence in New Jersey or willingness to relocate
- At least four years in software engineering or technical program management
- Proven record managing technical projects
- Solid grasp of energy efficiency programs and demand-side management
- Strong writing, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial or residential utility energy efficiency programs
- Managing post-implementation changes such as integrations or vendor swaps
- AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless experience
- PMP, Agile, Scrum or similar project management certification
