A fully remote, client-facing consulting role giving full-life-cycle contracts support to government contractors, from solicitation and teaming through award, subcontracting, compliance and closeout.
What you will do
- Support clients from pre-award through closeout across contract types and federal vehicles
- Coordinate agreements, subcontracts, deliverables and trackers with client leadership and program teams
- Review solicitations, proposal compliance, awards, modifications, risks and deliverables
- Build compliance matrices and contract briefs, and maintain contract systems and registrations
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, modifications, negotiation and full-life-cycle administration
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with independent judgment, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Excel
Nice to have
- Prior consulting, shared services or multi-client advisory experience
- Contractor-side GovCon experience with direct federal contracts exposure
- DoD, DFARS or agency supplement experience
- CFCM certification, SBIR/STTR or OTA experience, and mentoring of junior staff
