Own growth of a Salesforce services business across the U.S. federal market, from account development and capture through handoff of awarded work to delivery teams.
What you will do
- Build and expand federal accounts, pipeline, capture efforts and proposals
- Shape solutions across advisory, implementation, integration, data, analytics, AI and managed services
- Coordinate with Salesforce, practice leaders and delivery teams on awarded work
- Lead federal capture and proposal strategy, teaming, solution development and pricing coordination
What they look for
- Proven success selling Salesforce consulting, integration, implementation or managed services to federal agencies
- Experience with account strategies, opportunity qualification, requirement shaping and accurate forecasting
- At least seven years in federal business development, sales, capture, alliance or account management, plus three years selling Salesforce so
Nice to have
- Relationships in federal civilian, defense or national security agencies with Salesforce programs
- Familiarity with federal contract vehicles, Shipley capture practices and Salesforce certifications
