What you will do

  • Schedule site visits with customers, vendors and carriers for installs, surveys and trouble work
  • Prep and test hardware, update firmware and confirm configurations before dispatch
  • Install and troubleshoot inside wiring and low voltage cross connects up to the access router
  • Run network analyzers and test equipment to find the root cause of faults
  • Keep site documentation and ticketing up to date, including photos of inside and outside plant work
