What you will do

  • Respond to service requests and install, upgrade, repair and maintain instrument systems in the territory.
  • Act as the customer's main contact for troubleshooting and follow-up on product and service issues.
  • Coordinate new system placements with internal teams, develop leads and promote upgrades and contract renewals.
  • Train customers on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, and help the quality team with data collection.
  • Manage service parts inventory and complete service documentation the same day, plus edit service and training manuals and SOPs.
