What you will do
- Maintain core financial models linking revenue, clinician cost and margin to the three statements
- Build driver-based revenue and margin models covering contract pricing, capacity, payer mix and state economics
- Own the annual budget and rolling forecast with department leaders and the finance director
- Run the month-end close end to end, including journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
