PSP and Payments Manager, High-Risk

About the role

The role oversees relationships with payment service providers and keeps processing operations stable and efficient. It blends provider management, performance monitoring and operational coordination.

What you will do

• Manage and grow ties with payment service providers, acquirers and aggregators
• Serve as main contact for provider operational and commercial matters
• Negotiate fees, settlement terms, limits and other commercial conditions
• Coordinate provider onboarding, paperwork and operational setup
• Track approval rates, success rates, declines and processing stability
• Resolve performance issues with providers and internal teams

What they look for

• Two or more years in payment operations, provider management, acquiring or similar
• Strong grasp of payment processing and the provider ecosystem
• Experience with gateways, acquiring banks, aggregators or alternative methods
• Understanding of payment flows, statuses, approval rates, declines, settlements and routing
• Experience coordinating technical integrations and fixing operational payment issues
• Knowledge of KYC and AML procedures and provider onboarding

• Familiarity with high-risk payment processing
