Full Stack Java Engineer

About the role

Build and support cloud-native applications for workforce management, customer experience and operational processes. The role covers the whole feature lifecycle, from technical design through testing, deployment and production support.

What you will do

• Create and maintain backend services in Java and Spring Boot following sound engineering practice
• Build responsive web interfaces with React, TypeScript, reusable components and accessible patterns
• Develop and consume REST APIs with an API-first approach, clear OpenAPI contracts and solid error handling
• Design modular microservice solutions using object-oriented and event-driven patterns
• Containerize services and support cloud deployment, configuration and environment consistency

What they look for

• At least five years of full-stack development, including work on live production applications
• Practical Java and Spring experience, especially Spring Boot, REST, persistence, security and automated tests
• Frontend skills with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component design and state management
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices and maintainable systems in distributed environments
• Clear communication, technical writing and the ability to join client-facing workshops

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging and event-streaming tools
• Background in workforce management, customer experience or contact centre solutions
