Gen AI Engineer

About the role

Join a team using large language models to automate and improve data annotation and human evaluation workflows. The role designs prompt strategies that raise accuracy, localisation and cultural fit in labelling and translation work.

What you will do

• Design, build and implement prompts for data labelling and localisation inside software applications
• Prototype and validate AI models to show feasibility, impact and effectiveness
• Work with data scientists, linguists and localisation experts on accuracy and cultural relevance
• Measure model performance against KPIs and customer acceptance criteria, and refine prompts
• Run user testing and feedback analysis to improve linguistic consistency and data accuracy
• Explain technical findings to technical and non technical stakeholders, and build guidelines and training material for prompt use

What they look for

• Two years in prompt engineering, LLM fine tuning or related AI and machine learning roles
• Familiarity with annotation and human in the loop tools such as Labelbox
• Experience designing and automating data annotation workflows
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerisation and model deployment
• Deep understanding of large language models, including transformer based architectures
• Strong Python skills for natural language understanding, data processing and statistical analysis
