You will design and maintain backend services for a cloud quality management platform used by life sciences firms, working in a small scrum team or pod across time zones.

What you will do
- Build scalable backend services with robust REST APIs
- Write unit and integration tests that keep services dependable in a regulated setting
- Own services through their lifecycle, including CI/CD, monitoring, diagnostics and upkeep
- Work with UI developers, product managers and DevOps staff to ship complete features
- Mentor junior engineers through code review and share knowledge on AI-assisted development

- Commercial Go experience, or Go knowledge plus strong Python or TypeScript skills
- Solid grasp of domain-driven design and microservice architecture
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

- Knowledge of SQL databases and at least one NoSQL store
