Supports an innovative FinTech software company serving depositary banks, fund administrators and other financial institutions. Acts as the link between business clients and technical teams while helping shape support processes.
What you will do
- Monitor and manage incoming tickets in Zendesk and send first responses within agreed SLAs
- Gather issue details such as screenshots, software versions, reproduction steps and expected versus actual results
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and reproduce issues in test environments
- Answer common questions using documentation and user guides
- Coordinate change and feature requests, keep customers updated and log bugs in Azure DevOps
What they look for
- Excellent English communication, spoken and written
- Customer support experience, preferably B2B SaaS or software support
- Strong practical knowledge of Zendesk
- Familiarity with FinTech
- Tech-savvy, able to document technical information clearly and take ownership of requests
Nice to have
- FinTech or financial software experience
- General understanding of financial products and operations
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience reproducing software bugs
