German Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager

About the role

You will run outbound sales for a growth agency serving e-commerce brands in the German-speaking market, handling the whole deal cycle from prospecting to signed contracts.

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery calls to presentations, proposals and closing
• Run multi-channel outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn with structured follow-up sequences
• Build and segment target account lists of e-commerce brands and tailor campaigns to them
• Carry out initial Google Ads audits and use the findings to shape executive sales conversations
• Keep outbound volume high, booking one or two qualified calls daily and closing several clients monthly
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast the pipeline and refine messaging with company leadership

What they look for

• Three to seven years in B2B sales, including one or two years selling Google Ads or agency performance marketing services
• Proven outbound, full-cycle and account-based selling experience with cold calling and cold email
• Solid grasp of e-commerce operations and how Google Ads works
