Head of Talent Acquisition, Performance Marketing

About the role

Own the entire talent acquisition function and the searches that matter most to a performance marketing business. Run each search from first contact to close without layers or handoffs.

What you will do

• Lead the full talent acquisition function and its most critical searches
• Recruit senior and hard-to-fill talent that others fail to surface
• Run every search end to end, from first touch to close
• Align hiring with business goals rather than individual requisitions
• Help the recruiting operations teammate develop and keep searches moving
• Partner closely with hiring managers as an extension of their teams

What they look for

• A track record of successful hiring for an affiliate or performance marketing business, or of building performance marketing teams
• Experience recruiting for paid media, yield, CRO or metrics-driven technical roles
• Ability to work quickly and strategically while raising the bar with each hire
• Comfort with constant change and direct feedback
