About the role

A remote advisory role guiding clients through holiday choices and coordinating the services their trips require. Advisors support individuals and families with everything from beach stays to cruises and international holidays.

What you will do

• Talk with prospective clients to learn their holiday interests and expectations
• Establish key planning factors such as dates, destinations, budgets and special requests
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transport, excursions and sightseeing options
• Compare packages and shortlist choices that match client priorities
• Prepare clear holiday suggestions and explain inclusions and reservation terms
• Book approved arrangements through authorised supplier platforms and check details
