What you will do

  • Be the main HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events and terminations, keeping each step smooth and compliant.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations cases, join calls and meetings, and draft legally sound documents.
  • Manage ties with payroll providers, benefits brokers and HR legal advisers.
  • Answer client questions on benefits, compliance and workforce planning, and keep up with labor law changes in Southern Europe.
  • Review employment contracts, guide clients on performance improvement plans and salary changes, and help with immigration and mobility needs
