What you will do

  • Be the main HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events and terminations, keeping each step compliant
  • Handle sensitive employee relations cases, join calls and meetings, and draft legally sound documents
  • Manage ties with payroll providers, benefits brokers and HR legal advisers
  • Answer client questions on benefits, compliance and workforce planning, and track labour law changes in Southern Europe
