About the role

You will own full-cycle hiring for several open roles at once, from sourcing through to endorsement, working with account managers and clients in the United States. The job calls for sound judgment on candidate quality, speed and a good candidate experience.

What you will do

• Source and screen applicants for about three active requisitions at a time
• Run first screens covering communication, role fit and readiness for the client
• Hold structured prep calls with candidates, including mock questions and role coaching
• Write detailed, evidence-based endorsement notes for every candidate advanced
• Work with account managers and clients to agree the real profile behind each role
• Track your own metrics and flag quality or process problems early

What they look for

• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in remote staffing or an agency
• Keen judgment for candidate quality beyond interview performance
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Comfort juggling several requisitions with different timelines and client types
• A strong sense of ownership, tracking your own metrics and blockers
