What you will do
- Source and screen applicants for roughly three open requisitions at once, helping the team reach about five placements monthly
- Run initial screens covering communication quality, role fit and readiness for client interviews
- Hold structured prep calls with candidates, including mock questions and role-specific coaching
- Write detailed, evidence-based endorsement notes for each advanced candidate in ClickUp
- Work with account managers and clients to align on the real profile behind each requisition
- Keep your own pipeline and tracking cards tidy, and flag quality or sourcing concerns early
