What you will do
- Recruit content creators and streamers in target markets and grow a partner database
- Arrange seeding campaigns and paid placements and negotiate fees and terms
- Plan, launch and refine influencer traffic campaigns
- Test new creators, platforms and acquisition channels
- Track metrics such as FTD, CPA, conversion rate and ROI and report on results
- Check traffic quality and work with media buying, affiliate and analytics teams

- Two or more years of influencer marketing experience with Telegram, Instagram and TikTok in the CIS market
- Solid grasp of the gambling industry
- Hands-on work with tracking systems and link management
- Knowledge of social media moderation rules and how to work within them
- Strong negotiation and business communication skills
