Inside Sales Account Manager, Services and Support

About the role

Sell laboratory service products to customers in an assigned territory and account base, mainly through inbound and outbound inside sales. The role focuses on winning new customers while keeping and growing existing contract accounts.

What you will do

• Partner with field account managers and product specialists to win new business and renew contracts
• Work across service delivery, operations, instrument sales and consumables teams in a matrix structure
• Manage the sales funnel, forecast results and plan strategic growth
• Travel to customer sites when needed to close large renewals and new opportunities

What they look for

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience
• One to two or more years of relevant experience
• Account management, business development and strategic growth planning skills
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational abilities
• Entrepreneurial drive to uncover new opportunities and grow the business

Nice to have

• Prior experience in services sales
