Services AI Change Management and Adoption Leader

About the role

Leads the practical rollout and lasting uptake of AI tools across a services business, and owns the process that keeps fleet, unit and site context structured for those tools. Acts as a change agent reshaping business processes for AI transformation.

What you will do

• Run and refine a standard change playbook for generative AI initiatives, covering templates, readiness gates, activation timing and post-lau
• Own the full context management process: how fleet, unit and site knowledge is captured, checked, structured and kept current
• Build train-the-trainer sessions and toolkits so process owners and super users can teach and support end users
• Track cross-initiative change risks and dependencies and push mitigation actions to closure
• Lead post-deployment hypercare, then hand over to steady-state support, and define adoption and outcome metrics

What they look for

• Experience running change management for technology or AI initiatives in a business setting
• Ability to structure and maintain complex operational and asset data so it is usable by AI systems
• Skill in facilitating workshops and enabling trainers and super users
• Track record managing stakeholder maps, sponsor plans and targeted communications
• Comfort coordinating with IT, data teams and business process owners
• Ability to define adoption metrics and drive corrective action from reporting
