Training Manager

About the role

Own the learning and development function that prepares virtual assistants for work with business founders. Lead strategy, operations and quality from onboarding through the first month on assignment.

What you will do

• Set the strategy, priorities and operating plan for learning and development
• Coach and develop facilitators, assessors, training assistants and other team members
• Run end-to-end training operations including cohorts, scheduling, attendance and readiness
• Define training, assessment, coaching and quality standards
• Use performance data to spot trends and improvement opportunities
• Partner with operations, product, talent and HR stakeholders on training alignment

What they look for

• Five or more years in learning and development, training, digital marketing, talent development or training operations
• Three or more years of leadership or management experience, ideally in a related function
• Strong people leadership combined with digital marketing knowledge
• Operational thinking and a record of building high-performing teams
