Sales Enablement Programs Manager

About the role

Own the eLearning programs, content, materials and systems that lift the performance of revenue teams. Act as a key member of the enablement team, setting standards for learning experiences and improving content continuously.

What you will do

• Design courses, paths, guides and videos for onboarding, ramp up, readiness and accreditation
• Create and publish enablement experiences such as videos, guides, instructions and lessons
• Define metrics like surveys, scorecards and feedback that show impact and point to improvements
• Run the internal eLearning library through its full creation, update and archive lifecycle
• Keep a shared library of multimedia assets for teammates building courses and live sessions
• Analyse needs, then plan, build and run programs with stakeholders and subject matter experts

What they look for

• A four year college degree
• Five years in revenue enablement, creating eLearning, running programs and facilitating sessions that improved sales results

Nice to have

• Experience designing learning for revenue generating teams such as SDR, BDR, sales and sales engineering
