Vice President of Development

About the role

Lead the corporate revenue strategy and portfolio, growing a roughly two million dollar corporate program while personally securing major contributed income. The role reports to the Chief Development Officer and combines business development with team leadership.

What you will do

• Carry an individual annual contributed income goal above one million dollars, including a set minimum of new income each fiscal year
• Build and manage a corporate prospect pipeline at least three times the annual new revenue goal and align team pipeline with the full budget
• Lead the full business development process from first conversation to signed six and seven figure agreements
• Supervise and develop the Senior Development Manager and other assigned staff

• Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage deadlines and commitments
