A client facing research and insights consulting role supporting a major telecoms client, owning custom research projects from intake through to recommendations.

What you will do
- Own custom research projects from initial intake through to final recommendations
- Work closely with client stakeholders and manage those relationships directly
- Design and execute research, including building surveys and managing project timelines
- Turn data into compelling stories and present actionable recommendations
- Provide consultative guidance in a fast paced, highly visible environment
- Help drive action from insights while being physically present with the client
What they look for
- Five to seven years in market research, customer or consumer insights, CX research or a related field
- Experience managing research projects from design through reporting
- Strong survey design skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong organisation and the ability to run multiple projects independently
- Ability to synthesise data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience at a market research supplier, vendor or consulting organisation
- Background supporting customer experience, brand, product or marketing research
- Familiarity with dashboarding and self service reporting tools
