Business Development Manager, AutoStore EMEA

About the role

Drive business development and sales for automated storage and retrieval systems across designated EMEA markets. The role builds pipeline, wins new business, and grows customer relationships while working from a home office.

What you will do

• Lead and grow business development efforts in assigned EMEA countries
• Develop strategies that capture new opportunities and meet sales targets and KPIs
• Manage sales funnel development, conversion rates, revenue, and EBIT contribution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at every level
• Work with marketing and solution design teams to craft compelling value propositions
• Keep forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM data accurate
