Product Manager

About the role

Own the vision and delivery of software packaging tools and pipelines, serving both paying customers and open source users. Report to the Director of Product and keep growth and delivery teams aligned with the roadmap.

What you will do

• Own a product vision from start to finish and deliver to several customer groups, paid and open source
• Take part in and support open source communities around the company's projects
• Set and communicate vision and objectives clearly, from engineers up to executives
• Turn external customer requests into an internal product roadmap
• Balance customer, business and technical priorities when resources are limited

What they look for

• Experience managing and using task, information and code tools such as GitHub, Notion, Hubspot and Google Workspace
• Experience delivering software continuously under Agile principles
• Comfort presenting to customers and holding technical talks with engineering and design
• Ability to adapt and take on new duties as the organisation evolves
• Discipline to work in a fast-paced remote setting
• Ongoing learning about product management, DevOps, regulated IT and cloud native trends

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and the tools behind them
• Knowledge of core Kubernetes concepts such as images and Helm charts
• Strong analytical skills and use of data and metrics for decisions
• Experience building a clear roadmap and value proposition for prospective customers

Pay

USD 170,850 to 231,150 per year
