Customer Success Manager

About the role

Serve as a trusted advisor to school district clients, strengthening relationships and growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling across the customer lifecycle. The role is remote but requires living in Florida.

What you will do

• Apply strategies and processes that keep customer satisfaction and retention consistent
• Own account relationships, strategy and pricing, including contract renewals and RFPs
• Engage decision makers and staff at all levels of school district personnel
• Spot retention and service risks in the account base and drive plans to reduce them
• Hold regular check-ins and business reviews, offering solutions tailored to client goals
• Pass customer feedback to internal teams and advocate for fixes and product improvements

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or comparable relevant work experience
• At least five years in business development or customer success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting client relationships
• Solid problem solving and analytical ability to grasp client needs and craft solutions
• Capacity to juggle competing priorities

Pay

USD 88,000 to 105,000 per year
