Inside Sales Representative

About the role

A phone-based closing role selling to consumers, working warm company leads with short sales cycles. The focus is on connecting with prospects, uncovering needs and closing deals quickly.

What you will do

• Turn inbound warm interest into enrolled students through consultative phone conversations
• Make outbound calls and follow up strategically while handling incoming interest
• Build rapport fast, overcome objections and ask for the sale with confidence
• Keep organised notes in HubSpot and RingCentral to support purposeful follow-up
• Meet sales targets consistently and then exceed them

What they look for

• At least one year of outbound phone sales closing directly to consumers
• A record of hitting quotas in short, transactional sales cycles
• Strong objection handling and confidence to request the sale every time
• Disciplined CRM habits with clear, useful and well organised notes
• Self-motivation and a sense of urgency while working remotely
• Availability during Arizona business hours, with some shifts possibly running later for Eastern candidates
