Handle defense and coverage matters across every stage of litigation and dispute resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence and coverage analyses
Research statutes, regulations, case law and policies to support strategy
Manage discovery, document review and deposition preparation
Assess liability, coverage, damages and exposure to shape litigation strategy
Liaise with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, courts and experts while keeping files and deadlines organized
