Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

A remote, hourly and flexible role creating content and nurturing an engaged community around conscious entrepreneurship and personal growth. The manager keeps the brand voice authentic while growing reach and improving performance.

What you will do

• Produce on-brand posts, Reels, carousels and stories that drive engagement
• Edit event footage into short-form videos and write personality-driven captions
• Plan and run the posting calendar in coordination with designers and editors
• Engage daily with members, direct messages and comments to keep the community lively
• Reach out to aligned creators, brands and influencers to grow organic reach
• Track engagement metrics, share insights and support giveaways and influencer campaigns

What they look for

• Proven experience with short-form content such as Reels, TikTok and carousels
• A naturally social approach to engagement and community building
• Strong organisation and ability to juggle creative and operational tasks
• Self-starter attitude with initiative to spot and act on opportunities
