Customer Care Agent, German Speaking

About the role

A remote role supporting German-speaking customers from start to finish. Cases are escalated only when truly necessary, and each resolved case brings a customer closer to a clear answer.

What you will do

• Handle routine customer requests from beginning to end
• Stay calm and polite when customers are frustrated
• Meet the team's quality and response standards
• Follow up on unresolved cases so customers are not left waiting
• Propose changes that cut down on repeat contacts

What they look for

• Fluency in German
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Clear and professional communication, both written and spoken
• Basic computer skills and comfort with web-based tools
• A quiet workspace and dependable internet access for remote work
• Right to work in Greece, such as EU citizenship, a valid permit or refugee protection status

Nice to have

• Earlier experience in a customer-facing role is helpful but not essential
