Integration Manager and Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Handle technical onboarding and go-live readiness for merchants using payment rails, wallets and cards. Verify configurations, troubleshoot integrations and investigate transaction issues to keep the platform reliable.

What you will do

• Onboard merchants technically and configure payment routing for PSP, on and off-ramp and card products
• Issue API keys and set up system environments
• Validate requests and troubleshoot integrations using Postman
• Investigate incidents by analyzing transactions with JSON payloads, SQL queries and Grafana logs
• Replicate and isolate bugs, decide whether merchant or platform side, and escalate to engineering

What they look for

• One or more years in L2 or L3 tech support, or a strong record as a senior support agent or manager in fintech, crypto or payments
• Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors to their root cause
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs and JSON structures
• Comfort using Postman to validate requests
• Fluent English at B2 or C1 level for technical communication with international merchants
• Ukrainian or Russian skills for incident reports and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
