Director Customer Success

About the role

Lead a group of success managers who look after major and strategic accounts. The aim is to keep clients loyal, help them get value from the platform, and grow revenue.

What you will do

• Recruit, develop and keep a strong team of success managers and their leaders
• Coach leaders and managers so they exceed their targets and build trust within the team
• Make sure major customers reach their goals and gain real value from the product
• Coordinate closely with services, product, support and sales to get results
• Set and run the team's operating rhythm and share the wider vision
• Give teams the tools, information and resources they need to serve customers well

What they look for

• Experience leading customer facing teams across several regions with global enterprise accounts
• Strong listening, empathy and care for both team members and customers
• Proven record of directing and coaching teams toward strategic outcomes
• History of accurate forecasting inside a SaaS business, with comfort for admin work
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical demands of a leadership role
• Skill at growing global strategic accounts and at using internal stakeholders well
