Serve within a quality sciences and knowledge management group to advance global quality initiatives, strengthen compliance and embed quality risk management across product development and lifecycle.

What you will do
- Act as subject matter expert and facilitator for quality risk assessment, investigations and change control
- Manage product quality network teams delivering for late phase clinical or commercial programs
- Partner with research, manufacturing and regulatory teams to embed quality in development and lifecycle work
- Support regulatory inspections and audits and align with global quality standards
- Mentor team members to build product quality and leadership skills

- Bachelor's degree plus eight or more years in quality sciences, quality systems or a related regulated industry field
- Five years of managerial experience leading people, teams, projects or resource allocation
- Strong PC literacy with MS Office tools
- Experience with statistical modeling software such as Minitab, JMP, Tableau or SciLab

- Master's degree with ten or more years of experience
- Advanced degree in life sciences, quality management or a related field
