About the role

Founders build and run their own software as a service venture with backing from an experienced team. The programme combines a salary or funding with coaching, hiring help and investor access.

What you will do

• Take ownership of building and running your own software as a service startup
• Follow a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy
• Use the network to recruit talent and get guidance from seasoned founders
• Work through intensive coaching to prepare the venture for a funding round
• Refine the product together with the team until it fits the market
• Set up a sales team or a marketing engine with support

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for your venture and grow it past 100 million euros in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
